The estate is situated on 20 acres within a safe, gated community in Truckee. Perched on a bluff, you'll be greeted with spectacular mountain and lake views each day. Exceptionally private for snowshoeing right outside your door, yet only a few minutes away from central Truckee, nearby ski resorts and beautiful Lake Tahoe.
The studio apartment provides a separate living space suited for couples, friends, caregivers or extra guests and can also serve as a quiet work-from-home option.

Availability and Price
Our home is available for lease during the months of December through April. Because we do not qualify for STR (short term rental), lease terms must be 31 days or more. This is a great opportunity for one or two groups of friends/families to split the cost and alternate stays during your designated month.
Think of it this way: You'll have a winter get-away available & ready for you to enjoy on the best powder days of the month!
The price is $8,500 per month with a $500 cleaning deposit.

We would prefer no pets, but may allow one small dog (TBD).
Allergy Alert: As this is our primary residence, our indoor cat lives in the main house when we are present.
